8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Norwich Greens and the customer concerning the provision of landscaping services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings. Any amendments or waivers to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be binding and effective.
